How much do you plan to charge for this service?
We plan to charge a flat monthly subscription that tracks a set number of containers
throughout their entire lifecycle per month. For instance, there will be a 100
containers per month tier, a 200 containers per month tier, etc. However, with a $10
deposit, you can get early access and unlimited usage on the beta version if you sign up
before the waitlist fills up!
Where is the data sourced from?
Our data is sourced from a number of sources, including EDI, APIs, AIS geofencing,
websites, and proprietary artificial intelligence. Crucially, we make sure to integrate
directly from port terminal website data as well as various forms of vessel data (voyage
route, satellite tracking) to ensure you have the highest quality information. Our
container statuses come with context and timestamp data that show you where the
information comes from so that you can be confident that you have the best data on top
of multiple sources.

Paragreen tracks every type of terminal fee, including container fees, gate fees,
reservation fees, cargo release fees, customs fees, agricultural fees, etc.

How is the LFD determined if a terminal's own site doesn't provide it?
Paragreen supplements shortcomings using operational experts and our proprietary AI. We
are able to get the data from other sources or calculate our best prediction using AI
from a number of data sources.

Does Paragreen unify terminal appointment bookings as well?
We are not currently supporting this feature but it is a high priority in our
development plan.
